You can ask each other questions here, or answer questions that others have. Also, you can share concerns about policies, procedures, or just about anything--just don't complain about Steve here, because he'll be reading this.
The nice thing about a blog is that you can go back and see if other people have already talked about your issue or answered your question. I want this to be very informal--if you jot down half a sentence then get interrupted, that's fine. If possible, sign your posts, though.
